Symptom

No text is displayed on the AhsayCBS console after upgrading the server application to 7.7.0.0 (if a non-supported language was selected for the console language display, before to the upgrade (e.g. German)):

Cause

This is a known issue with AhsayCBS version 7.7.0.0. This issue will occur if the following display language was selected before the server upgrade:

For support of the following languages, these languages are scheduled to be supported by the next version 7.7.2.0 release:

German
Portuguese
Danish
Dutch
Basque
Lithuanian
Hungarian
Norwegian
Turkish
Korean
Japanese

Resolution

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS application to version 7.7.2.0 or above.
