AhsayCBS Upgrade Service
Partners can purchase this service for Ahsay to perform an in-place upgrade from your AhsayCBS v7 to the latest public release of AhsayCBS v9 on Linux or Windows Server.
Our Ahsay Professional Services will remotely perform an in-place upgrade of your AhsayCBS to the latest release (up to two AhsayCBS servers in the same environment). If you branded as part of the service, we will rebuild your primary client installers. However, if you have branded sub-admins, it will be an extra USD$100 per sub-admin you request Ahsay to rebuild. We will enable client Auto-Update Agent (AUA) for all users upon request. Otherwise, we will leave this disabled for your discretion to allow.

AhsayCBS v9 Minor Version Upgrade Service
Qualifications:
- Your server is already running AhsayCBS v9.x
- To engage our Professional Services, partners must have valid maintenance. For maintenance inquiries, please contact our Sales Team at partners-kb@ahsay.com.
Terms:
- One-time service, in-place upgrade (upgrade within the same server)
- Up to two AhsayCBS servers included (Backup, Replication, Redirector)
- Troubleshooting is handled by your Support level agreement via the Support Ticket
Out of scope / Exclusions:
- Installation of unofficial hotfixes
- Backup Set Data Migration Service
- Storage Migration Service
- Upgrade to New physical/virtual server
- Reconfiguration or customization of AhsayUBS, AhsayPRD, and CBS in a PRD instance
Validity:
The one-time service is valid for one month from our engineer's first message initiating the service.
Fee:
- Base Service: US$400
- US$200 for each additional AhsayCBS server (Backup, Replication, or Redirector) [counted from third AhsayCBS]
- US$100 for each branded sub-admin client installer rebuild performed by Ahsay
