Symptom
After installing AhsayCBS, or upgrading an existing AhsayOBS installation from version 6 to AhsayCBS version 7.3.2.0 - 7.5.0.0 on a Linux server, no context log file (e.g. cbs_context_YYYY-MM-DD.log, obs_context_YYYY-MM-DD.log) is generated in the server logs folder (at %CBS_Intall_Home%/logs).
Cause
This is a known issue with AhsayCBS version 7.3.2.0 - 7.5.0.0.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS application to version 7.7.0.0 or above.
This issue affects a legacy version of our software. We strongly recommend upgrading to the latest AhsayCBS and AhsayOBM release (v9.15.0.0, as of 2025/May/15) for improved performance, compatibility, and security.
