Excessive threads on AhsayCBS after setting SFTP destination

Symptom

After configuring a SFTP Predefined Destination for backup storage or replication storage, a large number of threads are created on the AhsayCBS server.

To check on the live threads, login to the AhsayCBS console > Monitoring > Dashboard > Live Threads > Details:

Check on the number beside Thread group:AhsayCBS-internal.

Cause

This is a known issue with AhsayCBS version 7.3.2.0 - 7.5.0.2

Resolution

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS application to version 7.7.0.0 or above.
