Limitation / Known Issue of This Version

Deployment / Upgrade

  • For multi-domain SSL certificates added to CBS before v7.17.0.30, users are required to re-add the SSL certificates to CBS v7.17.0.30 or above, before the certificates can be used on sub-admins accounts.

Note

  • Besides the availability of re-branding option, the license key must have valid maintenance in order to build any v10 branded AhsayCBS/OBM/ACB installer.
  • This release addresses an issue with the Proxmox VE backup logic; please refer to the Upgrade Advisory before upgrading.

  • Unable to add Local or UNC path as Backup source in File Backupset creation

Application-specific Backup/Restore - Microsoft 365

  • Backup failed with "user has not performed authorization for this backupset yet" even after re-authenticating the account
  • Backup gets error "File: "...", wrong size (expected: ...)

Application-specific Backup/Restore - Google Workspace

  • Filter Type for Gmail System Label cannot be saved

Application-specific Backup/Restore - Proxmox VE

  • Corrected backup logic to strictly read from the Proxmox VM snapshot to ensure data consistency.

Storage Destination

  • Backup to SFTP destination gets error "Host key has changed from "..." to "...""
  • Backup to FTP gets error "Failed to list sPath ='%blocks_path%' after retried for 1 minute.rn"

Reports

  • Duplicate backup job entries logged in Daily User Report
  • Email Reports shows "Cannot find the resource" error
