File Backup/Restore

• OBM - Backup gets error "Failed to Migrate V6 Index"
• OBM - Backup gets error "failed in delete file, path: %.bak%"
• OBM - Backup gets error "failed in delete file: path %blocks_path%, http code: 412, [FileService.preDelete] Skipped delete '%blocks_path%' during data migration"
