Limitation / Known Issue of This Version

Deployment / Upgrade

  • For multi-domain SSL certificates added to CBS before v7.17.0.30, users are required to re-add the SSL certificates to CBS v7.17.0.30 or above, before the certificates can be used on sub-admins accounts.

Note

  • Besides the availability of re-branding option, the license key must have valid maintenance in order to build any v9 branded AhsayCBS/OBM/ACB installer.

Storage Statistic

  • Improved statistic calculation to include v9-referenced v8 data in "Data Area" rather than Retention Area (ref: T-41286)

Application Specific Backup/Restore - Microsoft 365

  • Restore error "This site can't be reached" when selecting Users (ref: T-41855)

  • No Backup Reports generated for v6 backup jobs prior to v9 upgrade (ref: T-41664)
  • Backup Set Logs does not show last successful backup (ref: T-41649)
