A single Ahsay Managed Backup-as-a-Service(AMBaaS) subscription covers backups of unlimited devices or endpoints to Ahsay Drive cloud storage. There is no need to invest in additional hardware, set up centralized backup servers, provision storage, or hire experienced IT personnel to manage your backups.
There different types of subscriptions plans available depending on your customer requirements; File, virtual machines & databases, and or Microsoft 365. You can get started and have your backups running in a few minutes.

2. Can I use my own disk/storage for AMBaaS?
Yes, you can use your own storage based on your requirements. Ahsay supports popular cloud storage services such as Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Microsoft Azure, Wasabi, Backblaze etc.

3. Any extra fees needed to download latest backup software update?
If customers subscribe to an Ahsay Managed Backup-as-a-Service (AMBaaS), they are entitled to software updates free of charge. Ahsay will be automatically updated whenever the latest hotfix or version upgrades are available. You will never have to worry about missing any fixes, enhancements, features, or latest security patches that can make your backup software work even better.

4. Do I always need to keep my backup software updated?
For security reasons, we strongly recommend users run the latest version of backup software to ensure backups run smoothly. Protect data from potential vulnerabilities.
