We will perform scheduled maintenance for the Ahsay Services on April 28, 2025. This scheduled maintenance will start at 10:00 AM GMT+8 and last approximately 3 hours. During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Ahsay License Server & License Management Portal
- Ahsay Partner Portal
- Ahsay Shop
After the maintenance, the Public IP address of the Ahsay License Server will change. If your network settings have previously whitelisted our current IP address, you’ll need to update them with the new IP to ensure uninterrupted service.
However, if you’ve whitelisted the hostname instead, no action is required. We recommend verifying your settings ahead of time to avoid any disruptions.
