This video will show you step-by-step how to install AhsayACB and configure the Full disk access permission on your mac OS for v10.15 and above, to ensure you can get AhsayACB up and running.
Please use the following steps to install AhsayACB on mac OS for v10.15 and above.
- On your AMBaaS management console, click on the download button to access the download page.
- From the AhsayCB tab, look for macOS. Then, select the DMG online installer to download the package installer of your AhsayACB.
- After the download is completed, double-click the downloaded acb.pkg file.
- Once the AhsayACB setup window opens, click [Continue].
- Click [Continue].
- Click [Continue].
- Then, select [Agree].
- Click [Install].
- Enter your account password, then click [Install Software].
- A prompt will ask if the Installer would like to access the Desktop folder. Click [OK].
- A prompt will ask if the Installer would like to access the Documents folder. Click [OK].
- A prompt will ask if the Installer would like to access the Downloads folder. Click [OK].
- Installation may take up to a few minutes depending on your internet connection.
- Once the installation has been successfully completed, click [Close].
- A prompt will ask if you want to move the Installer to the Bin. Click [Move to Bin].
- To launch AhsayACB, open Finder or Launchpad.
- Click [Applications] if you open Finder.
- Then, click the AhsayACB icon to open.
- The startup for AhsayACB will fail. Click on the red button from the prompt to proceed.
- From the warning display of Enable Full Disk Access, click on [1. Click this to open the Security & Preference Panel].
- From Security & Privacy, click on the padlock from the lower left.
- Enter your account password, then click [Unlock].
- Click on the AhsayACB checkbox, then a prompt will show to quit AhsayACB. Click on [Quit & Reopen].
- Go back to Security & Privacy and click on the padlock again.
- Once you're on the AhsayACB login page, enter your credentials to access your account.
