Assign shared storage quota to user groupBesides assigning storage quota individually to every user, administrator can also assign a shared storage quota to a user group through group policy, so that all group members shared the same quota. For example, if you want to offer a shared quota to all employees of a company, then this feature will be useful to you.
"Maximum percentage of shared size for each user" allows you to define the maximum percentage of shared storage allowed for each user. For example, setting 50% means all users in the user group can occupy up to 50% of the assigned storage quota. If 100GB is the assigned storage, each user can store up to 50GB of the assigned storage quota. If the value is set to 100%, all users can fully utilize the storage until the assigned storage quota is full.
